- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- Do you ship barrels and large items
- Yes we do. To ensure customer's items are safely packaged and shipped we do so in using sea shipping. Oversized or heavy cargo items: bulky items are often more suitable to be shipped via sea transport due to their size and weight. Shipping via sea usually takes 1-2 weeks for delivery, except during peak seasons where this usually take a longer time. The shipping cost is US$15 per cubic foot for items valued under US$100 and for items valued over $100, the fee is 45% of the item value, which includes shipping and clearance. BARREL SHIPMENTS We offer a very convenient and affordable barrel service at a flat rate of US$300 (ship, clear and pickup). This rate applies to items originating from Miami or Florida region and covers shipments of items such as clothes, toiletries, food and other small, non-commercial goods.
